Carding and cracking is way different. Let's take a netflix account as example, if I freelift with the owner's account, sure, I'm causing an inconvenience for him. But he doesn't lose money, doesn't lose property, doesn't put him and his family at risk. Whilst carding does all of that. Same argument can be made with carding it is merely and incovenience as you all you have to do is call your bank and explain the situation with the correct documents in hand and they will and are obliged to refund the money. Cracking can put people's family/jobs and whatever your argument stated at risk - through cracking an email which has banking, insurance and mobile accounts linked to it you can do however much damage you want, in theory. Granted it is an extreme example, but so is your first example of "losing your house" because someone brought 2k worth of amazon gift cards with your cc. ps- the only way in which you will lose your house is not through carding, but through identity theft if someone gets enough personal information from you, they can open a bank with that information and build up a huge debt in your name, which can lead to problems and is very difficult to get fixed. If someone uses your cc without permission the bank is able to tell and will refund as stated above, carding ≠ identity theft. You're partly right, but you're missing something very important. Getting the money back isn't done in one second. A bank will require a lot of documents, including a complaint towards the police which can take up to 7 days until you can finally make an appointment, it takes out at least three hours out of your day. Besides majority of the people work a 9 to 5 day job, 5 days a week. There's no time for them to take off time from work. Police offices are 24/7 open but personnel who take complaints are also working 9 to 5 jobs. Then again same shit with the bank because you have to start presenting all the documents in person, you have to do your story at least 3x in a bank. Because in the end the bank will lose the money and no one is keen on losing money. Therefore you have to take of a significant time away from your job. If you have a permanent job, you have to request a leave a big time prior, personally speaking I have to ask if I can take a leave 3 weeks before. That's 3 weeks I can't use my credit card, I can't buy food, I can't pay my mortgage, I can't pay my car. All besides this information, each bank has their own fraud department doing research on fraud matters and let me tell you, they're slow as fuck. What happens if you don't pay your mortgage or car? The bank reprocesses it.

Here comes the carder squad or shall I call you Onyx? You're seriously hurting your group image by associating yourselves as carders. @Cthulhu you used someone else's creditcard to make a prostitute say "cracked.to" or whatever shit you made her write on her body. If you carded because you were starving I wouldn't be so harsh on you, but you card for fun. Which perfectly describes you as a person. Incapable of leading a normal life, a normal job, have a relationship and being responsible. You're skill-less. Now @ChrisFTP - I have no problems with you, I sincerely hope you aren't here to advocate for @cthulhu and his illicit actions.

You're stealing from someone who is working for that money. You're making him/her go through so much legal/financial/mental trouble to get it back that you're capable of screwing their life up. Perhaps they can't pay their mortgage, their car? Perhaps not even food. Maybe you force them to get evicted because you are too lazy to work for yourself. Carders have zero skills and that's why they resort to stealing from others. Before any of you throw the "cracking is almost carding" argument, when you're using a cracked account you don't make the owner go through the same struggles as you do with carding. Sure, he can get suspicious and change his password and then it's done.

Clearly the arrogance @Cthulhu just displayed in the shoutbox wasn't just seen by me but by others as well. Sadly money buys all but it doesn't buy common sense. @Cthulhu admitted to carding a prostitute. Prostitutes are one of the lowest forms of employment and then to card them is even lower. I truly hope @Chimaera has better sense, understanding and empathy towards human life than @cthulhu does.

Yes. We are your personal army. Breaches you were pwned in A "breach" is an incident where data has been unintentionally exposed to the public. Using the 1Password password manager helps you ensure all your passwords are strong and unique such that a breach of one service doesn't put your other services at risk. Exactis logo Exactis: In June 2018, the marketing firm Exactis inadvertently publicly leaked 340 million records of personal data. Security researcher Vinny Troia of Night Lion Security discovered the leak contained multiple terabytes of personal information spread across hundreds of separate fields including addresses, phone numbers, family structures and extensive profiling data. The data was collected as part of Exactis' service as a "compiler and aggregator of premium business & consumer data" which they then sell for profiling and marketing purposes. A small subset of the exposed fields were provided to Have I Been Pwned and contained 132 million unique email addresses. Compromised data: Credit status information, Dates of birth, Education levels, Email addresses, Ethnicities, Family structure, Financial investments, Genders, Home ownership statuses, Income levels, IP addresses, Marital statuses, Names, Net worths, Occupations, Personal interests, Phone numbers, Physical addresses, Religions, Spoken languages Onliner Spambot logo Onliner Spambot (spam list): In August 2017, a spambot by the name of Onliner Spambot was identified by security researcher Benkow moʞuƎq. The malicious software contained a server-based component located on an IP address in the Netherlands which exposed a large number of files containing personal information. In total, there were 711 million unique email addresses, many of which were also accompanied by corresponding passwords. A full write-up on what data was found is in the blog post titled Inside the Massive 711 Million Record Onliner Spambot Dump. Compromised data: Email addresses, Passwords Trillian logo Trillian: In December 2015, the instant messaging application Trillian suffered a data breach. The breach became known in July 2016 and exposed various personal data attributes including names, email addresses and passwords stored as salted MD5 hashes. Compromised data: Dates of birth, Email addresses, IP addresses, Names, Passwords, Usernames
