Tell them you went to drop off a package at the post office and asked them if it was delivered and they said yes, so you threw away the receipt. If they ask for the tracking #, give them the RMA # instead saying you don't have/remember the tracking #. They'll either say they've received it, or they haven't. If they say they've received it, ask how long a refund will take. They'll give you a time. Remember the time they said it will take and end the chat. If they say they haven't received it, ask them how long it'll take to be in their system. Get the time, remember it. and end the chat. 8: Depending on the time they gave you, wait until that time has passed for Step 9. 9: Get pushing Step 7. Keep asking when your refund will be given out or if your item has been in their warehouse. If you keep pushing, they will fall and give you what you want.
