Do you guys go to gym or exercise?

4x a week with GZCLP

fuck all those split workouts if you don't juice

just get a real workout plan like GZCLP or Starting Strenght

and go count macros if you want to grow

I've promised myself to always start since I can get a student discount on gyms, but I've never actually started yet. Maybe once GCSEs are done.

I go every once in a while when I can, but I sometimes do stuff at home

 

Home workout -

20 push ups

10 leg lifts

30 sit-ups

FUCK LEG DAY

occasionally 15 squats

day 1 - chest

day 2 - back

day 3 - shoulders + arms

day 4 - legs

day 5 - recap upper chest/shoulders

day 6 & 7 - REST

I try to go to the gym at least every 2nd or 3rd day from the last day I went,. I used to go everyday but as time went on i got busier which made me unable to go

 

although i do feel like our body detoxes itself after a good session in the gym. my skin glows after a workout and body tends to feel great + feels youthful so if you guys do have the chance I really do recommend you all try and get at least some exercise whether it would be from the Gym, Dance Dance Revolution or even the you know what ;))
