Issy 2 I try to go to the gym at least every 2nd or 3rd day from the last day I went,. I used to go everyday but as time went on i got busier which made me unable to go although i do feel like our body detoxes itself after a good session in the gym. my skin glows after a workout and body tends to feel great + feels youthful so if you guys do have the chance I really do recommend you all try and get at least some exercise whether it would be from the Gym, Dance Dance Revolution or even the you know what ;)) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
