Try disabling your VPN if you use one. Also disable proxies : Start - Internet Options - Connections - Lan Settings - Untick everything there.

BB uses the same browser as you do so there has to be something wrong with your personal browser. If you're using Google then try updating it If not, Then change your browser to google.
