Assembly is and will almost always be important, assembly is the closest, human-readable, machine code; almost every language depends on ASM. Sure being an ASM coder is almost totally useless noawadays but the language in itself is still really important. -

For backend applications, I would say node.js as a more modern solution for most projects, even if PHP is still widely used. For frontend I would say, it really depends on the project, - Most "normal" programs : C# (or any .NET based language) - For checkers i'm moving to RUST as it's main goal is native and thread based programming

I want to be able to make my OWN apps like you but im not spending another 6 months :ezy: doing a language lol My only real advice is not to only read tutorials on how to code but to actually do dumb projects, even if they are useless, you'll get used to see, write and practice it
