I don't know if they can discuss anything about accounts on chats, as far as I know it's only by calling. Im french, and i can contact and speak in french? And why i need to call? (Sorry for questions) You will need to call to know the exact reason why you're getting that behavior with the account. If the account is US then you will need to speak English

I don't want you to call from your RDP. What you are saying doesn't make sense. They can't see your IP from phone, use skype credits or something if you don't want to use your phone. i said to him wait to i make new license Although problem is not from My Soft When You Buy A Soft And That just not install on your pc then u cant say its not work You have to provide him support and debug the software to find out what is wrong.

You are the one that is selling the software, it's your crack therefore you are responsible to debug any issues that people may have. If you can't fix it then you will have to provide a full refund.

They're most likely going to tell him "The security bot considered the transaction too risky to be sent (and it doesn't show any reason for it) and you'll need to wait 24-72 hours to cool down the security bot" Dude you said yourself that those problems will be fixed in 24h-48h, im still waiting 4 days, and i cant do anything Please call customer support.
