That's the basis of the whole theme which shouldn't be customizeable. Eventhough it might sound interesting and a fun feature to have I gotta say I'm against it. Am1nol 254 In the old theme you had the colour in your names and in this theme we don't have. So it makes hard to know if you're pleb or admin ! xD Could you show us a screenshot of what you mean? I can see the colours perfectly fine. He means username style. If you can message me the template thing for the banlist, then I will take care of this. Next thing to customize is the header?
