That hasnt been synced for a least a week. Step 2) Change the email from the original to something similar. eg. [email protected] to [email protected] Step 3) Here's the "hard" part. Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:39:46): Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:39:49): When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted. Me (01/08/2018, 18:39:56): ok one moment Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:40:00): Sure. Me (01/08/2018, 18:40:15): nothing is happening Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:40:23): Thank you for trying. Me (01/08/2018, 18:40:38): its ok i really want to get this sorted Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:40:41): Let's try something different. Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:40:52): Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts, you might use rubbing alcohol. Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:40:58): Try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable. Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:41:14): You can use different USB Ports. Me (01/08/2018, 18:41:22): i know it sounds silly but will any alcohol work i dont have any rubbing alcohol Kenneth (01/08/2018, 18:42:25): Yes Darren, we would need to use rubbing alcohol just for cleaning the contacts for both (tracker and charging cable).
