When you receive the package, start a live chat using "Defective Item." 3. Tell them that it arrived melted. If you are a Prime member, chocolate items tend to be shipped with an ice pack. In my case, it actually didn't and my Kit Kats actually melted a little. 4. They should send you a replacement if you ask for one (which I did). I am almost positive that they will also refund if you give them another reason (needed for Halloween party on that day, etc.) 5.
