 Requirments:

Serial number (check my other threads).

[align=center]Fake receipt (Photoshop one).

Once you've got what you need head over to https://steelseries.com create an account and then click ''more'' and click on support then submit a ticket, click ''Defective product warranty claim'' then click next.

 

Choose what country you're from then what product you want to SE or get promo code of the item cost, then choose your reseller (obviously has to be same as receipt), next is date of purchase, try to make it at least a few days close on the receipt and then upload the receipt and you also want to add comments bullshitting them saying how your item is fucked.

 

 

Wait a couple days then Randall should hopefully get back to you with something like this https://gyazo.com/a5...f748b6b4d5a7747 from here you reply backwith  your serial number you first acquired, then for the proof of destruction he ask's for you just get any PDF file you don't need, upload itto http://www.corruptmyfile.com/ and rename it to something like ''Steelseries proof of destruction'' save it to your computer then reply back with the corrupted PDF file, they will think somethings wrong on there end and will accept it, by then hopefully they should reply back with a RMA promo code for the value of the product.[/hide][/align]
