Aelius24 3 I like to start with stretches first for a few minutes, then I start working out from my calves all the way to my traps using the machines that are provided in the gym. I've been doing that for several months so far. I'm looking pretty chiseled bit by bit. I work out 2 times a week. Soon I'll see if I can workout more than 2 times once I managed my schedule.
