I used to run 10km, even did some competitions. Switched more to strength now though.

ppl is the patrician's routine... you efficiently work out every muscle group within a short time span... not stuff like arm day and chest day once a week

cba to go the gym anymore tbh. I already workout 3-5 times a week without going to the gym. But I like to work on chest and legs

I like to start with stretches first for a few minutes, then I start working out from my calves all the way to my traps using the machines that are provided in the gym. I've been doing that for several months so far. I'm looking pretty chiseled bit by bit. I work out 2 times a week. Soon I'll see if I can workout more than 2 times once I managed my schedule.
