Force IP Ban for multiple account/leeching

If any User get banned due to leech or spam content

His/her IP should get banned :)

There should be one account per one IP

 

Whenever he try to get register he should get message saying you are ban :pepo:

Make that you cannot logout if you are banned, only way to logout is by clearing cache and cookies which most of the people don't know how to do.

 

I was stuck on the Nulled banned page for a month because I couldn't logout xd

not me my friend always leech but they were able to make new account
