Will be explained later) VPN (Strongly recommend) Drop/Reship (Strongly recommend) Burner Phone or online phone (Strongly recommend) Before you start here is what you need to know. The S/N MUST be under warranty. If not, this will not work. Also, this graphics card must not be registered onto a Nvidia account. When you try to SE them, Nvidia will ask you for the account information if this graphics card has already been registered. Since you don’t have the information, you will not be able to proceed. I recommend finding the SN and PN and individually registering them onto new accounts. If the product has already been registered, it will not let you register the same product. Step 1. Calling up Nvidia Customer service. Nvidia : “Hello, thank you for calling Nvidia Customer service, how may I help you” You: “ Hello, yesterday, I was using my computer and it stopped working all of a sudden. Like the screen went blue and then black. I’m terribly sorry for my poor explanation. I just don’t know what happened” Nvidia: “ No problem, sir/mam, have you tried _____________(series of troubleshooting steps” You: “Yes of course. I tried a series of different methods. I know that the graphics card is the problem, because I have plugged in a different graphics card, and the computer works great” This is important. You must tell them that you have tried all different methods of troubleshooting to cut to the chase. Box them if you take the typical RMA route. Here is how to box. What you will need Box of the product. If you don’t have it, it’s fine. Having the box of the product is always better. Two different colors of tapes. This is to confuse the person who opens up the box. Sharp blade or knife. How to box: ⦁ Tape up the box with the certain color tape ⦁ Slash the tape with a blade ⦁ Cover up the slashed tape with a tape of a different colour Add about half a pound of dry ice to act as the GPU. That is how you do it!! Send in the Box to nvidia. I recommend dropping the box at a blue box. This way, USPS won’t know who sent the package. You will get the package because Nvidia sends right after confirmation. If they don’t and Nvidia tells you that the package is missing, play it off as dumb. They can’t blame you for the missing package and will provide an RMA.[/hide]
