A lot of these tools are breaking down, Botops is now broken and the checker most folks use is also down for the moment.
Ill add a link for the best combo creating alternative, but I can't help with the checker. Ill also add a link for a scraping tool that works on ALL servers.
Its up to you to figure out how to use these tools, they are generally pretty self-explanatory.

both of these are made by a guy called "CemsSlave" on nulled, so thank him if you enjoy it!
Steps:
1- Open up the scraper and select the region you want. Input a seed account – use http://op.gg/ to find one. The more recently played games, the better; this checker crashes if the seed account isn’t suitable, so if you have issues try another account that is more active. Press start and wait for the program to finish, then hit save. Your files will be outputted in a subfolder of the scraper program, e.g. if I scraped NA it would be C:/LoL Scraper/NA/AccountName-123/ and will be in 3 files in the format USERNAME:USERNAME. Open up the files and copy them all to one, then use a tool like https://www.browserl.../extract-column to get just one column of usernames, and save this.

2- Next open up Botop and add your username file. Load a password list - you can use the password list provided or you can create your own. Start the program, and when it is done save this completed combolist.

3- We need some proxies before we can start cracking. You are welcome to use your own method, but I provided a tool here that gets the job done. Open uProxy and make sure the thread setting is suitable for your system, and I suggest a 5 second timeout. Hit start and you will have to wait a while for the proxies to scrape and check. I have added some sources so you should get a few thousand working proxies. Save all proxies to a text file (elite, anonymous, and transparent) and proxies done!

4- On to SentryMBA… open up Sentry and hit ‘Load Settings from Snap Shot’ to load your config. Navigate to the ‘Proxylist’ and ‘Wordlist’ tabs and add your proxies and combolist respectively. Now go to the ‘Progression’ tab and you can hit the Start button to get cracking!

5- Once you cracked the accounts, you need to check them to see what you got. Open up Madk’s and import your saved accounts via ‘Accounts’ button then ‘Import’. You can just hit ‘Start’ and the checker will show you all sorts of info about the account.
