the checkers might be infected. the best is to run kind of thi apps on extra hardware in a vm. this is what i do, i have a extra laptop which is fully encrypted and on this runs a vm which is also full encrypted. and in the vm i am running checkers and other tools :)

most of this are based on a already coded panel script. some of them may be leaked. as mentioned before u may look on this board or on other known boards like nulled or leakforums. some of them are also specialized on web scripts like this

For free not (some TLDs like on freenom are for free). But sometimes you may have sales or promos at 1&1, namecheap and so on where you get a domain for ~1$ for a year
