Tried QIWI, but have been told prepaid cards aren't allowed. Tried Yandex, but the card can't be used outside Russia. Tried Revolut, but they're asking for verification. Does anyone have any other methods?

How do you go about doing that? You email them saying i got a pizza and the cheese was burnt and the crust was rock solid... they will ask for a delivery number but you say i picked it up on your way home say you tried to contact them but there was no answer for ages but when you got through they wouldnt do anything about it.... say you are extremely upset with this and would like something done about it as it was your last bit of money and your kids ended up with nothing for there dinner.
