Getting access to blocked cmd

So my school has disabled cmd and .bat files. Is there any way to get access to cmd?

There is Right click in your desktop > new > shortcut > write: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe > Finish > Open you shortcut and be happy.

If that doesn't work then you will have to make bootable usb and change boot to usb in bios then you will have access as a root. :thinking:

Just trying to get WiFi password and Just have fun with it. I created a script which puts endless loop of rickroll running in the backround. The only way to close it is to restart the computer
