Chat log of an Bank Account Support Chat

Not sure if it's usefull but if someone want to try if it helps just try it out.

I am not sure if it's a real chat-log cuz i found it on a Cloud Account of someone.

Evtl the bank Account is working and you can get something from there or not just test it if u want.

You: Can you send it to an email instead? My dad isn't home atm so I can't use his number.

Vandi: Thank you for your patience. A new card will be sent out to your address on file. The card should arrive within 5 - 7 business days. Once you receive the card you may activate it by calling 1-800-527-1800 or by using it at an ATM or point of sale location with your current PIN. Do you need to have a PIN reminder mailed out to you as well?

Vandi: Sure! That will arrive separately from the card and it should arrive within 5 - 7 business days as well.

As I said I did not do anything i just found this on a cloud account
