You gotta increase your sales gradually, you can't just sell $300 out of the blue, thats why most ppl get limited, for selling too fast. 4. If you're limited, make another user account on your PC, new IP, new phone number, etc. 5. Never use stolen SSNs, this never ends up with a good ending, everything you do on your PayPal, the owner of the SSN will know about it, it'll work shortterm but longterm, nope. 6. Disable images from eBay/PP, believe it or not, these images are called beacons, and they track your IP, while some say Gmail hosts those images onto Gmail's servers, other email providers don't, and thats why you should disable images on your email. 7. Use IPBurger/or use SIM card IPs (cause they're clean). 8. You can use F&F payments, but those never end up with a good ending, if your ever PayPal gets manually reviewed it'll likely be permbanned and it'll be a goner.
