Explanations:

 

Here is the Video of how to grab proxy and check them for both using them and cracking websites including four types of proxy :

then it shows how to "double check" them for purpose of cracking using SNIPR and a proxy checker.

and one trick to grab them manually    if you can't arrange them correctly.
