3 Go to Steam Database ( Linked here: https://steamdb.info/ )

4 Type in the game, or games you wish to purchase.

5 Choose the country that it's cheapest at (If purchasing multiple you can only have one country change every month after a purchase so beware to choose one that is best for all)

6 Use your VPN to choose a country, for most games it's probably Turkey or Russia, Russia sometimes providing even cheaper options than Turkey.

7 Go to account details, click update store currency, choose whichever country you chose to get the games for at cheapest price.

8 Put in random info, even random characters will work.
