I believe there's already a rule that disallows NSFW content from shoutbox already, But none is going behind it apparently

 

Make a clear rule stating that any NSFW content is not allowed in SB, OR even better, Make a NSFW tag. It's like

Except it's red and it warns anyone who's about to open the spoiler tag
