Add a notification sound when someone is tagged in Shoutbox .

Whenever i get tagged , i don't notice it until i get tagged again . 

I hope this " issue " get solved if it's possible .

We don't need that much,,, BUT ADMINS/STAFSS/ @Jocker needs more then us, because they left main.index page opened and left to do other work , and whenever we tag them they won't reply!
