SQLi Dumper 9.7 doesn't work on Windows 10 VPS

Title.

 

I have tried installing .NET Framework 3.5 and shit like that, SQLi Dumper 8.2-8.5 works fine on there.

When I open I get this ErrorLog:

 

"

[3/4/2019 5:54:56 PM]System.Exception: Internal error.

   at Program.Main()

[3/4/2019 6:16:02 PM]System.Exception: Internal error.

   at Program.Main()

"

Download visual C++ Redistributable
