It would be more efficient if like-abusing is prohibited :

- Threatening users By urging them to like the thread ex: " Like this or you will be banned "

- Using Gif/text in the signature space to remind users to like the post

 

 

Commiting those actions , can lead to a temporary suspension . And if the act of like-abusing is done a second time , it will lead to a permenant suspension .

 

 

On the other hand , Reforming the ranking system will be will be a consequence of this change . (Ex : Reaching Godlike rank at 1000-1200 Likes instead of 1500 .

Saying "Like or you get banned" is already prohibited since this is seen as demanding likes. If you encounter this be sure to report it. The signatures are fine imo as long as they're just a reminder and aren't demanding.
