9. Look for the delivery time right above the tracking information.
    
   
10. Where it says no later than is the date you can request a refund and JOOM will send your money back within 14 days.

12. This basically works because JOOM checks the tracking number for shipping information and the tracking information isn't continued after it leaves china with free shipping. This looks like the item has lost and hasn't made it.
