floraiN 252 @LifetimeKeys - I know why this is happening, but I don't know how to fix it yet. For now here is a little workaround. Refresh the upgrade page, click buw now, select bitcoin as a payment method and enter your e-mail. At the window where it shows the receiving details just go back to the payment selection window, choose Ethereum this time and you should see the window. Let me know if that worked, it does for me.
