Download any autoclick program and set the intervall to 30 seconds per click (to have mutiple clicks at the same time just open the program multiple times and start them at the same time)

3) create a new person on chrome since telegram won't let the same person have that same page opened twice so go to settings and manage people and just add another person name it how you want.

 

4) So now you have your 2 windows of chrome open : one on the first chat linked and the second on the second chat linked.
