SQLI dumper error | Scanner thread done, search not found or possible IP temp. banned

I have this struggle for 2 weeks now. It came out of nowhere.

 

I don't know how I can fix this. I tried it in an RDP with proxies and rotating VPN.

I tried everything.

When I search something on google I see that I need to enter a capcha, but when I did it still doesn't find.

 

If it works I'll give you 4k.

uninstall the program in regedit...

disable ipv6

and exchange ip by cmd

 

ex: w+R -> ipconfig /release

......

The weird thing is it is also on my RDP, so it isn't a pc error or something. i don't know it.
