After it arrives wait 2-3 days. 3.) If you can speak german call/chat and if you can't write them an e-mail. 4.) Just tell them your package is marked as delivered but you didn't receive anything and checked also with your neighbors etc....Act very worried and write some sentences with "Please..." 5.) If he is a nice guy then he will instant refund you and if not they will review the case for 3-4 days and ask you if you recived it,ofc you will say no ! 6.) Get your money back & enjoy :hype: ! NOTE: Amazon.de is really hard to do at the moment but this works for me.
