Layer 4 is currently under maintenance, but our new "beta" methods bypass game servers (but their power is limited due to fact its beta, so its not guaranteed that u will down any game servers). I recommend you to join our Telegram group or if u don't know if we can down X target, just open an ticket on our website and request an "test hit" and our support agents will handle it.
