Send it, should not be hard to have this kind of resource Step 3 : They will positively respond to your request but just with a RMA for the cable, so you will just have to reply them with some bullshit saying that you tried on multiple devices and with multiple cables but the problem still persist Step 4 : After you managed to get around them trynna send you a cable, you will receive a mail from them saying that your request has been transferred to their RMA team and you have to wait for the shipping labels because you need to box.[/align] [/hide] Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
