Zoom 85 [hide] [align=center]Since HP Changed their rules for RMA, this tutorial will show you how to SE them. 1. Find yourself a serial number. Anyone with a brain can do this. Ebay, my profile :fiesta: ETC..... 2. Register you product: https://support.hp.com/us-en/ !NOTE! Use your real phone number to the next step. 3. go to live chat, and do the usual SE. but remember to start out nicely, "hello" and stuff then "my hp doesn't work i tried troubleshooting but same result and also tried it on multiple computers" 4. ask for a replacement monitor and give a good reason. fx. "I am a streamer and need a monitor everyday". 5. this can go 3 ways, they can either say "send us a picture of the serial number on your monitor (Advanced RMA)" (they send you the Monitor first, then you "send") or "We cannot do a replacement monitor" SAD try again. or "they will do a standard RMA" meaning you send the broken monitor first and they then send you a replacement. If you are into boxing and stuff, this can work easily. if not than do everything you can to get a Advanced RMA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- you want number one (Advanced RMA) so try to come up with all the excuses you can to get the number one. best way to do this is after you gave your explanation for monitor not working on live chat, then close the conversation by clicking X. hp will contact you a day later on your phone this time, this is where they can understand you better. explain on the phone and try to sound a little bit frustrated.... you will have over a 80% chance to get the advanced RMA on the phone. if you did it, they will ask for address on the phone, and you can give your legit address, it should not be dangerous! and they will ship with UPS, once order arrives, just don't reply to their calls or e-mails. EASY. !NOTE! HP Support always gets your address wrong on phone, even if it's 100 correct, they type it wrong into the UPS Shipping System, after call you get an email from ups about your order, make sure your adress is right. If NOT, then go to live chat and explain that they got your address wrong on shipping and they will fix it quickly..
