Force avatar set on new users

This looks like crap. 

We either should make it a force avatar set OR have multiple avatars available.

Already got around 280-290 Random HQ Avatar in this style if they want i can provide them

and put them as collections so members can choose one of them maybe also force on register page to pick one

you dont need to force him , just add a gallery field on register page
