How to Social Engineer Fitbit

They'll require a picture if you're doing the charge back onand more expensive products, though the flex you don't need a picture.

Use a VPN. I recommend NordVPN

Most of the time you'll need an account with a fitbit product linked to it (Look for some dumps) or you can make a new acc just for complaints and tell them I got it as a gift the other day.

Research what your product looks like and the troubleshooting steps first, to get a smooth response, and a quick deal.

 

Excuses:

 

Try sorta act angry but not too angry, more like frustrated than angry.

Say you got rashes from wearing the product. (A lot of people actually have).

Say it was a birthday present and that the birthday was ruined by the product not working. (If the product on your account was recently bought don’t tell them this. But in that case you will need to find an email linked to a real fitbit product that you’re trying to SE

 

Good Excuses: 

Strap broken

Not syncing

Screen dead, it stopped working when i woke up

 

Method:

Go to http://help.fitbit.com/apex/PreChat3?chatType=support

 

Fill in fake name, phone number not needed.

Request chat.

Give them your excuse, sound believable and use proper grammar to sound professional.

 

You should get a message like this

after they try walk you through troubleshooting (if screen dead excuse or hardware issue, or rash excuse) just tell them that you want a replacement if possible

 

Give them your info.

They should send you an e-mail, I personally did this for a friend he didn't get an e-mail but still got device a couple weeks later
