User 54 Keyword in the second screenshot "all" OP this isn't a valid dispute reason. You purchased a combo which you obviously used and cracked. The seller would have replaced the combo in the situation that you obtained NO accounts with skins (you have received accounts w/ skins). He did indeed fulfil his position in the deal. He provided you with the combolist and you managed to gain accounts with skins. When dealing with combo sellers you can tell the quality by the price. 50K for $15 represents mediocre quality, more than likely a public combo. So it's something you should have expected. This would have been a valid deal dispute if the seller did not provide any combo or did not supply you with a replacement combo if you didn't manage to get at least a few accounts with skins.
