1: Visit https://store.steampowered.com and make sure you're logged in. 

 

2: Visit https://store.steampowered.com/account/v...e=codehere and replace 'codehere' with the steam code you want to check.

 

3: 

 

If success is equal to 1 and detail is equal to 0 then the card is valid, else it's invalid or an unexpected error occurred.

It may vary, but if success is equal to something other than 1 but detail is still zero I think it's still valid.
