Um, there is a issue with the forum

When tried to post a thread in accounts section, it told to wait couple of seconds because I aleady posted a thread, OK THATS NORMAL.

 

But the thread already got posted (WITHOUT ME KNOWING). and then when I click on post thread ,.. it posts normally.

Assuming you mean it made you post the same thread twice, there's nothing to be done here IIRC. Simply connection issues
