It's only when it hits a certain goal of shouts, then the credits get given. Yeah, and the person with 6500 spammed shouts get 6.5k creds. If implemented, only a shout every few minutes should count towards the credit mass for the person -

Seems like a neat idea, but this would also encourage people to spam, maybe give them a credit for every shout every 3-4 minutes. -

I've heard the NZXT Kraken x62 is pretty good for overclocking and it's not the biggest hole it can leave in your wallet if you have a beast pc.
