Luckily they are all email access and if you check them with AIO you get some nice hits(for me). So far I've ran the list through amaze, dominos and instagram with no hits. The only hit I've got so far is from spotify, and that was one singular hit.

Staff, Supreme, Contributor or Godlike are granted the ability to give VC's. Developer is right below staff member in terms of rank listing and privileges/permissions (in most cares higher because of the job). Vouch copies can be handed out to us as well as we're highly trusted members of the community. Now that the air's cleared we can stop this as OP stated they will not giving out a VC. Only a discount.
