I'm actually in a bit of a pickle right now. I'm not new to this, and I have done this kind of stuff in the past. I have not done this in about a year, and I bought a new sound bar (699) that was shipped and fulfilled by amazon. I chatted with them 2 days after delivery and they said if I still want product they can call UPS and have them redeliver? I was kind of confused by their response, but I wanted to avoid a UPS investigation of any sort as I have too many order shipped and I want to avoid having to sign for everything. I told them I needed to check with one buddy to make sure he had not moved it without me knowing and I told them that I would let them know. This was yesterday. I was thinking about chatting with them late at night so that UPS is closed and attempting a second time. Any thoughts or suggestions on this? I know it is higher value than the guide, but I have always been successful with this in the past.
