Looking someone who can make private account checker

As a title I'm looking for someone who have skill for making private checker to grab login info using DB (email:password) I need discover card login and citi card login private checker,remember i want credit card login from both bank (citi and discover) and not bank login. I assuming you understand the different. So if anyone who feel have skill to doing this job, do not hesitated to pm me so we can discuss about price.. Thank you
