Double dip method. Two different sections.
[hide]If you have legally bought the device and have receipt/POP in hand:
Contact Logitech, call or email. Give them POP and any proof pics if needed. Hopefully they won't ask to send back. If they do milk them. If you have no receipt you can tell them you got it as a gift etc.
If you have SE'd the device:
Contact Logitech, call or email. The difference is you won't have a receipt and it will already be "replaced".
Just say your replacement has broke already, give them excuses.
They should send a second out.
