  1. Not sure if anyone posted this before , but oh well here it is. Still possible ,but a low success rate. They're very resistant. Did it few months back the last time , so stuff might have changed quite a bit. Go to the contact page of Patriot Memory Select the product you want to SE , keep in mind they can be more strict on certain products. It also depends on the rep you get. Enter your details if you're doing it off the website name , address , email etc. For the problem say it's faulty by your opinion , it doesn't show up or keeps disconneting , you tried multiple PCs , etc. You will get an email asking for more details and another email saying that a RMA case has been created. You will later get an email saying that you need to ship your pdocut back. Make sure they don't say that they are giving you a box to ship it in. If they do , just restart the SE. Or you can still give it a go. Wait a few days and email them asking if they got the returned product. They will say they haven't. Because obviously you haven't returned shit. Wait a few days and ask what's happening , have they got it yet. Provide your RMA number and the rest of the stuff. They will say that they haven't received it and will ask for a receipt , you can make an amazon one or a fake shop receipt. Or you can say that you threw it out as soon as you got your item. When you contact them to send the receipt they will then say they got your product and will send a replacement.
