Start by Python, easiest object oriented programming language you can go for there are many free tutorials on udemy for this, or just find a cracked account with python courses on it

Yeah thats your best bet unless you do 1 thread and go proxyless, it will be really slow tho (if your ip isnt banned yet xD)

Thats likely because the proxyscrape ones are banned by the server since everybody uses them
