Bought this. Few sections seem to be working fine, but as for Netflix right now I haven't been able to get one hit so far? Tried multiple browsers etc etc, they're just not working, Uplay accounts seem to all be showing errors too, I guess that's due to their new security precautions OP are these accounts private? Doubt it but just asking more or less. I'll need to use it more and see if improvements are made before I go ahead with a detailed vouch, BUT for now it's decent at 50% off, I really do hope improvements etc are made though and I'll be happy with what I spent, right now with the hit rate on the accounts, not really feeling satisfactory service as a customer

Seems like 15% of the value upon the account, I could stand corrected though. Contacted you OP, is there no way for WC to ask for further confirmation from the owner though?
