Find your local contact no. for Samsung, for me this is found at: https://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/ 2. Wait for a rep, answer all their questions and tell them that your phone just will not turn on. They will try to troubleshoot with you, bullshit them that nothing is working possibly even act frustrated. 3. They will ask you to hold then possibly ask you to troubleshoot more. Act the same again and they should eventually offer you the replacement (Try to avoid specifically asking for it). 4. (Optional) You can mention that you use the phone for work and that you’ve heard companies do something called “Advanced Replacements”. You’ll be sent a label, simply box them with Dry Ice (REQUIRED!!!). 6.
