Hello, I'm a new member, I don't expect anything I say to carry any weight around here. But I do have some suggestions that I believe will help improve the sites security and loading speeds. Hiding the 'active members' list would have to advantages, it reduces loading speeds and makes username compiling more difficult. Secondly I suggest making signatures and upgraded only feature. This would reduce loading time and create incentive for upgrading.

Well, this would depend on your phone provider and country. Are you looking for an unlocked phone? HTC Evo is around $100 (EU) or there is the HTC One m8 (US) which is slightly less than $100 now. The m8 is a quad core where the Evo can be a octa core. Both last around 2 years. Spending anymore than $150 is a waste unless you're getting insurance for you phone.

No, the site does not have a .htaccess file and I was confused by this too, but I have been through all the tests I could think of regarding that part of the code with no luck... But the site is accessible only the part I posted is the problem, the site works fine In PHP and JS the file selectors are different. ../ functions differently. It appears to be pointing past your root folder which may be what is causing your issues. Although I'm not positive as I don't know your folder structure.

Or do you have access to apache's conf/httpd.conf? You should continue to get the same error no matter what document you upload for your index. I'd just upload a simple 'Hello World!' document until you are certain your site is accessible.
